About The Role
Are you passionate about people and ready to make a real impact? We\’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Adviser to join our People and Culture team and help shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
As our HR Adviser, youll be the first point of contact for employee relations matters, playing a key role in fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Youll provide expert guidance on People policies, manage sensitive cases with care, and help drive initiatives that support employee wellbeing and engagement.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who can:
- advise managers and employees on People policies, procedures, and employment law
- support conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace culture
- support and guide managers to through case management including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations
- oversee the application of sickness absence processes across the organisation to ensure absence targets are met.
