About the role

As a Housing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role at the heart of our Tenancy Management team. By providing essential administrative support, you’ll help free up colleagues to spend more time out in our communities—supporting residents where it matters most. This is more than an admin role; it’s your opportunity to be part of something bigger.

Responsibilities

  • Keep processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Help colleagues stay out in our communities, supporting residents.
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional and empathetic way.
  • Ensure resident voices are heard and reflected in the services we deliver.
  • Occasionally visit our estates, working independently on site.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Enjoy working with people and building positive relationships.
  • Communicate clearly and show empathy in sensitive situations.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
