Are you a reliable, hands-on worker with a can-do attitude? Do you enjoy a mix of driving and practical outdoor work? We’re looking for a motivated Driver Labourer to join our Repairs and Voids Team, here in Plymouth.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering materials, tools, and plant equipment to our trade teams
  • Clearing completed jobs and assisting trades when needed (e.g., fencing, roofing, concrete work, plastering, garage doors)
  • Delivering and setting up dehumidifiers and Portaloo’s
  • Completing legionella flushing in empty homes ready to let
  • Keeping our on-call store stocked
  • Responding to real-time requests for urgent collections and deliveries throughout the day

No two days are the same, and you will be a vital support for both field and office teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a fast-paced delivery or service role
  • Confident communicator with tenants, tradespeople and office teams
  • Comfortable using handheld IT for deliveries and job updates
  • Experience driving a 3.5-tonne flatbed or tipper (Transit-type)
  • Basic building/maintenance knowledge and safe manual handling awareness
  • A practical, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
