Our mission is simple: we believe everyone has the right to a clean, comfortable, safe and secure affordable place to live. Guided by our values and social purpose, we are focused on providing outstanding services to residents, maintaining and improving our existing homes, growing our housing portfolio and ensuring that the resident voice remains at the heart of decision-making.
With a strong platform for future growth, PCH is well placed to expand its housing offer, support community regeneration and maximise its impact across the region, creating an exciting opportunity for a Chair who can help shape the next chapter of our success and growth. This is an outstanding opportunity to help shape the future of an ambitious, financially strong and community-focused organisation operating within an increasingly complex environment.
You will bring proven experience of chairing and a track record of providing strategic leadership at board or executive level. Whilst some experience in social housing would be welcome, it is not essential.
