As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the first to listen, the first to help, and often, the person who reassures someone when they need it most.
What You’ll Do- Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently
- Handle repairs, rent queries, and provide reassurance
- Keep our services running smoothly with scheduling tools
- Empathy, patience and a passion for helping people
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- The ability to work independently and flexibly in a rota system
- A commitment to working in line with data protection, equality, and inclusion practices

You’ll be part of a rota covering shifts between 07:00 and 20:00, including early starts, standard daytime hours, and later finishes. We aim to ensure fair and balanced scheduling for all team members.
