As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be the first to listen, the first to help, and often, the person who reassures someone when they need it most.

What You’ll Do
  • Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently
  • Handle repairs, rent queries, and provide reassurance
  • Keep our services running smoothly with scheduling tools

Working Hours

You’ll be part of a rota covering shifts between 07:00 and 20:00, including early starts, standard daytime hours, and later finishes. We aim to ensure fair and balanced scheduling for all team members.
