The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is your chance to join our dynamic team as a Contract Works Supervisor. The successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the relevant programme delivery are completed to the highest possible standards, on time and within budget. You will oversee programme delivery to the highest standards, carry out regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance, work closely with contractors to agree variations and costs, and liaise with residents to ensure exceptional customer service. This is a 10 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all aspects of the relevant programme delivery are completed to the highest possible standards, on time and within budget.
- Oversee programme delivery to the highest standards, carry out regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance, work closely with contractors to agree variations and costs, and liaise with residents to ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Has a level 3 building or management related qualification (if a management qualification it must be with experience of managing a Building related discipline) or qualifications at an equivalent level.
- Has proven experience within a similar role allowing the successful candidate to utilise the above qualifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer care.
