About the role
We’re looking for a Commercial Data Officer to join our Commercial Team, supporting the effective management and performance of our property portfolio. This role plays an important part in providing high‑quality data and insight to inform commercial planning, budget management, compliance monitoring and investment decisions. Working within an established Asset Data function, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in commercial, finance and asset teams. While experience in housing or property is beneficial, it isn’t essential. What matters most is your ability to collate, manage, interpret, and display data accurately, supported by strong IT skills and a keen eye for detail.
