What you'll do
- Lead the implementation of a new finance system.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes and reporting.
- Deliver key finance transformation and change projects.
- Develop robust data analysis and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strong financial governance, controls and regulatory compliance.
- Maximise the effectiveness of financial systems to support organisational performance and growth ambitions.
- Significant experience leading finance systems and transformation projects.
- Strong technical accounting, systems and regulatory knowledge.
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within a complex or regulated environment, ideally housing.
- A proactive, innovative approach to improving systems and processes.
- A values-driven leader who is passionate about making a positive difference.
