About the role

The purpose of the role is to maximise the income of PCH, while actively equipping clients with information, support and assistance designed to promote financial and social inclusion. The successful applicant will ideally have a background in benefits advice and/or excellent customer service skills with a diverse range of customers.

You Will

The role is to support the incomes team in the delivery of an excellent income recovery service. You will do this by working in a way that shows genuine commitment to providing a good quality service to both current and former tenants. This will mean demonstrating by word and action that the views and priorities of current and former tenants are taken into account.
