PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL

Plymouth City Council is looking for a Personal Adviser to support care‑experienced young people aged 16 to 25. You will become the lead case holder in the community, helping them transition from care after their 18th birthday and move into independent adulthood.

You will assist with health, education, training and employment opportunities, accommodation, budgeting and relationships, ensuring regular Pathway Planning reviews and collaboration with partners across the public and voluntary sectors.
