Plymouth City Council is seeking a Waste & Cleansing Senior Operative to join our frontline Cleansing Team. You will direct and coordinate daily activities of Operatives, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with legislation, council procedures and customer care standards.
You will lead the Cleansing Team to deliver high-quality cleansing services within the City Centre and surrounding areas, operating specialist equipment and helping resolve health and safety issues.
