The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for driving to various locations in Plymouth and the surrounding areas to support Passenger Assistants and may need to travel with them and the students. Your role includes answering phone queries from parents, schools, Passenger Assistants, and operators, as well as completing Health & Safety forms and investigations. You might also undertake other duties appropriate to the grade. You will be working with the School Transport Team, where every day presents new challenges and variety. This position is for 29.6 hours a week, from Tuesday to Friday.

  • Enthusiastic and experienced individual with supervisory capabilities
  • Passion for assisting students in Plymouth with their school commute
  • Excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude
  • Strong customer service background
  • Supervisory experience with performance management skills
  • Experience in training within a classroom setting
  • Understanding of Health and Safety policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Ability to work independently
  • Enhanced level DBS
  • Sense of humour
