Overview
School Crossing Patroller
5 hours per week – 38 weeks per year - term time only
College Road Primary School, College Road, Plymouth PL2 1NS
Morning shift: 8.30am to 9.00am
Afternoon shift: 3.10pm to 3.40pm (these times may be subject to change)
Responsibilities
- Recruit to support the School Crossing Patrol at the start and end of the school day.
- Work outside in all weathers, standing and walking, carrying the School Crossing Patrol pole; a sense of humour is required.
- Contribute to community safety by helping children and other members of the community cross the road safely.
- Engage with the community in a warm, approachable manner.
- Support may include providing a visible, safe crossing point for pupils and pedestrians.
