Plymouth City Council’s Cosmo Community Youth Team is recruiting a Senior Youth Worker to lead violence-prevention work as part of the Serious Violence Reduction Programme.

You will deliver relationship-based education to young people aged 13 to 21, including those involved with Youth Justice, across street-based settings.

You’ll act as a practice lead, coordinating with partners such as YJS and CCPT, and providing supervision, coaching, and de-escalation training to upskill local youth workers.
