Plymouth City Council is opening Children’s Homes in Plymouth, small, family-style environments where 2-3 children will live. As a Children’s Homes Practitioner you will offer commitment and kindness to children and young people in care and support them in a warm, nurturing home.
You will work across shifts, including nights and weekends, to provide daily care, education support, meals and activities, with a focus on helping children reach their potential.
