This role provides an HR advisory service covering a broad range of activities, including advising managers on HR queries and supporting restructure/TUPE processes. The postholder will serve as the HR Advisor on Employee Relations matters, particularly advising the Chair at hearings and appeals. You may also be involved in policy development and implementation.
