Plymouth City Council is seeking an exceptional development and regeneration leader to join us as Head of City Centre Capital Projects. You will lead the delivery of landmark capital schemes transforming Plymouth’s city centre, reporting to the Head of Regeneration and Growth.
You will provide strategic leadership across development from inception to completion, including master planning, land assembly, funding strategies, procurement, governance and risk management.
