Plymouth City Council is seeking a Designated Social Care Officer to take strategic lead of SEND in Plymouth and oversee social care elements of the SEND strategy. You will promote collaboration across partners and drive practice development to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
The role requires in-depth knowledge of social care and SEND legislation, and the ability to influence across agencies while upholding statutory duties under the Children and Families Act 2014.
