We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to support the Business Support Team within our Families First Front Door Service.

Qualifications and knowledge:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.
- Experience of working in a clerical or administrative environment.
- Experience of working in a team.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3.
- Knowledge of databases and recording such as Eclipse/Care First or similar.
Clerical officers will all undertake a range of generic clerical work. There are a number of more specialist tasks which all clerical staff will be expected to undertake.
Role summary:
The role requires the candidate to search through a variety of different systems to identify families, summarise historical involvement with Services and add Contact Records to our system.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Search different systems to identify families and add Contact Records to the system.
- Summarise historical involvement with Services.
- Self-motivate, follow process accurately and work within a busy team.
- Work within the team hours of 8am-8pm.
