The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

Hours of work – Friday to Sunday – 34.25 hrs per week

Are you passionate about keeping Plymouth clean, safe, and looking its best? Do you enjoy supporting others, solving problems on the go, and making a visible difference every day? We’re seeking motivated and proactive individuals to join our Weekend Cleansing team within the Street Scene & Waste department.

Working as part of a busy operational team, you will help coordinate frontline cleansing activities across the city—supporting operatives, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring our streets and public spaces are maintained to a high standard. You will play a key role in supporting the Team Leader with daily operations, responding to customer requests, and ensuring resources are used efficiently. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, problem-solving, and operational oversight.
