The opportunity We are looking for enthusiastic and pro-active Planning Officers to join our Development Management Team. The post holders will be based within an Area Planning Team and their role will be as a case officer for planning applications, dealing primarily with a range of householder and minor planning applications. You will need to be very organised and have excellent customer service skills. You will need an appropriate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline, or be studying towards or have a willingness to study towards this. Experience of dealing with Planning applications is desirable although training will be provided.
