Your next challenge Purpose of the Job Lead and manage the end-to-end optimisation of the website and SEO channels. Daily operation, infrastructure, security, and development of the company’s website(s) and digital communications and analytics tools such as SEM Rush, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and monthly reporting for the business on engagement and visitor behaviour Lead on the technical implementation of microsites, web pages, and interactive forms, cookie consent, chat bot features are optimised and developed with buyer needs Lead and manage user experience, testing and implementation of all site pages to ensure the most optimal buyer journey is in place Lead on A/B testing – technical testing enhancing visitor experience Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development practices. Primary lead and owner of the SEO channel; optimisation all areas including Technical, Content and Backlinking initiatives – driving growing organic MQL growth Lead on sharing buyer insight and best practice with the team and key stakeholders across the business Lead owner of building and removing all site pages including blogs, case studies, pillar pages, product pages Adhere to guidelines provided by Global and addressing new add-on’s, site features Ensure that the site is legal and compliant from a content and perspective Document testing and implementation plans appropriately Context and Main Issue – the most difficult types of problems the jobholder has to face and/or the regulation, guidelines, practices that are to be adhered to. Leading and driving continuous growth in the website development and SEO channel Working side by side with the wider digital marketing team to scope requirements and deliverables for the site – and deliver to deadline Leading on the relationship with the creative services team to develop the best looking website in the market – clear, concise, engaging and market leading Responsible for accuracy of the branding and value propositions on the website and keywords review Managing the monthly SEO keyword audit to ensure we’re focused on market demands Leading growth on the site through innovation such as interactivity and chat functionality. Person Specification – The skills, knowledge, and experience that the job holder should require to conduct the role effectively Degree level educated – preferable (ideally in Business and /or Digital Marketing) Previous experience – Over 3 years of proven experience and results with experience using HubSpot/ Equivalent CMS and other automated website and SEO systems to drive conversions and achieve results. Results focused – has a hunger for not only achieving KPIs but smashing them out of the park!
