- Manage a varied portfolio of contracts, including some more complex agreements, with guidance where needed.
- Ensure contracts are completed in a timely manner and aligned to business objectives.
- Identify risks and escalate non-standard or higher-risk contractual issues to the Head of Legal as appropriate.
- Provide legal input and support to stakeholders on contract-related queries.
- Support teams across Sales, Commercial, Marketing, IT and Finance to facilitate deal execution.
- Assist with queries relating to contractual obligations and risk.
- Provide support on compliance and data protection matters as required by the Head of Legal.
- Assist with maintaining appropriate records and processes where needed.
- Maintain and support development of contract templates, playbooks and processes.
- Assist with contract lifecycle management including tracking, renewals and record keeping.
- Support continuous improvement of contract processes.
