- Apply consumer psychology insights to optimise engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of content creators, designers, and digital marketers.
- Manage and grow our SMI network to drive organic and viral growth.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns with data-backed decision-making.
- Leverage tools like Braze and Google Analytics to measure performance and refine strategies.
- Own marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on paid and organic campaigns.
- Maintain brand identity, consistency, and innovation across all platforms.
