We would love to hear from you about joining our friendly team as a Trainee Project Manager, where you will oversee high-end projects across London.
We are seeking motivated, strong communicators with a minimum of 3 years professional experience who want to make a career change and move into the residential building industry. As a Trainee Project Manager, you will learn all the key parts of the process including how to liaise with Clients, Contractors, Trades and all the other key Stakeholders for the purposes of overseeing and managing residential building projects across London.
As an early starter, you must demonstrate a passion and commitment to your career whilst having the necessary experience and attributes to succeed in the role – previous exposure in any form to residential work is desirable; however, we will provide you with required training. You will drive from site to site, making an office out of your comfortable company car, completing any necessary admin at our NW6 office.

Key Responsibilities:
- To shadow and support one of our Project Managers on all their projects from the commencement meeting through to sign off.
- Handle administrative tasks on behalf of the Project Manager.
- Coordinating amendments and updates to project details, schedules and pricing.
- Attend all key meetings with Project Manager.
- Accompany Project Manager on regular inspections of build throughout each project.
- Coordinate trades and suppliers in relation to the work on site as requested.
- Manage some communication between the Contractor, Client & Trades.
Essential:
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, incl. GCSE Grade B or 6 in both Maths and English.
- A real passion for working within the residential building industry.
- Highly reliable, responsible and punctual.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Proficient problem solver.
- Confident in dealing with people from all backgrounds.
- Exposure in any form to residential builds or property related work is preferable.
Location: Various sites across London with an office base in NW6.
Salary: £30k with competitive rates of pay and commission structure after probation period completed.
Holiday: 25 days annual leave (5 held for 2-week Christmas closure), plus all national bank holidays.
