We are looking for an experienced peer support worker to join our team as part of Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust HIV services in Hertfordshire. This is a new role based at clinic locations in Stevenage, Hatfield and Watford where the post holder will work as part of the clinic team to support people living with HIV.
The successful candidate will have a flexible approach to delivering peer support taking a hybrid approach working in-clinic and remotely at home. The role requires one evening session each week and the occasional weekend clinic as required.
