You will create clear governance, make decisive calls on scope and resources, and keep issues moving before they escape. AI-enabled workflows will support meeting summaries, project tracking, and implementation health signals, giving you more time to focus on proactive risk management and executive alignment.

What You Bring
- Experience leading multi-client SaaS implementations from planning through launch.
- Confidence discussing API setups, PSS integrations, and payment gateways, and translating technical detail into clear business context.
- The judgement to manage concurrent timelines, make decisions on scope and resources, and mitigate risks before they become delivery issues.
- A clear, structured approach to delivery, using tools such as JIRA and Salesforce to maintain documentation, risk logs, and accountability across teams.
- A track record of replacing recurring project administration with AI workflows, while critically reviewing AI outputs before sharing them with external stakeholders.
