What You'll Be DoingYou will own the strategic and operational partner marketing agenda across our European airline and hotel loyalty portfolio, setting regional priorities and executing growth plans that directly impact revenue. Working closely with senior partner stakeholders, you will translate loyalty performance and customer insights into multi-channel campaigns while leading cross-functional teams across creative, data science, product, and strategy. You will leverage AI workflows to evaluate campaign performance and adapt partner marketing materials at scale, keeping your focus on high-level strategy, deep relationships, and commercial opportunities. You will also mentor junior marketers and continuously test innovative loyalty approaches to expand our market presence.
