Join plusdebleu as a Night Care Assistant, working immediate start at Golders Green, NW11. This role involves caring for older adults, including those with dementia, during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Help residents prepare for bed and settle down for the night; assist them in the morning.
- Maintain high standards of care overnight – hygiene, continence, mobility, dressing, and general care.
- Perform regular checks on residents and the building, responding to any care needs.
- Answer emergency bells or calls from residents promptly and seek assistance if required.
- Undertake domestic duties between resident care tasks, such as dusting, hoovering, cleaning bathrooms, preparing breakfast tables, etc.
- Follow team guidelines, policies, and use IT systems to support care plans and record care provided via care management software and tablets.

- Willingly pursue QCF 1‑5 (NVQ levels 2 or 3 in Care) if not already attained.
