The Role
Duties will include personal care, moving and handling, mealtime support, social activities, and other tasks required to support residents through their lives. You will build strong relationships with all those around you, ensuring that family and friends feel welcomed and that healthcare professionals are kept well informed. You will keep the team leader up to date with residents' needs and progress, and help residents live a full life; be more independent, enjoy their daily activities, and exercise choice in their day‑to‑day living.

What We Need You to Have
You will have experience working with older people in residential care and be willing to learn. You are flexible, patient, caring, organised, enthusiastic, and great with people. You will have good written and verbal communication skills and be IT competent. You will need to be flexible to work shifts on a rota basis and be eligible to work in the UK. You may have completed your QCF 1‑5 (equivalent NVQ 2 or 3 in Care).
