PlusConnect Ltd is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers and Care Assistants to support services across Essex. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and promoting independence for vulnerable adults and young people.
Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred care and support.
- Assisting with daily living activities.
- Supporting individuals within residential, supported living, and community settings.
- Encouraging independence and social inclusion.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately.
- Following safeguarding procedures and care plans.
Requirements:
- Previous care or support work experience preferred.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Driving licence desirable but not essential.
