We are looking for an inspirational leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the staff team, ensuring the people we support receive outstanding care and are empowered to live fulfilling, independent lives.
As Deputy Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the service, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team.
You will contribute to the development of effective systems and best practice, ensuring the service remains compliant with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, organisational policies and commissioner requirements.
