Are you an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager with a passion for supporting young people and leading high-performing teams?

We are recruiting an Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee our Supported Accommodation service based in Charlton, London.

Salary: From Β£30,000 per annum

Essential Qualifications

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or an Ofsted-recognised equivalent)
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, Health & Social Care, or Children & Young People's Workforce
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics are desirable

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 3 years' management or supervisory experience within children's residential care
  • Experience working with children and young people with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Experience preparing for Ofsted inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience developing care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies
