Are you passionate about early years education and looking for flexible work in nurseries? We’re looking for Qualified Nursery Nurse / Practitioner / Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years to join our bank staff team located in West Malling, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children’s play, learning, and development
- Assisting with routines such as meals, toileting, and sleep time
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in nursery/early years settings
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willing to refresh)
- A passion for providing safe, engaging environments for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
