We’re recruiting caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Nursery Practitioners / Assistants Level 2 and 3 to join our supply team. Work with leading nurseries across Kent and enjoy flexible shifts that suit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children’s play, learning, and development
- Assisting with routines such as meals, toileting, and sleep time
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in nursery/early years settings
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willing to refresh)
- A passion for providing safe, engaging environments for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
