We are working on behalf of our client who are currently looking for a Room Leader and a Nursery Practitioners to join our Baby, Toddler or Preschool room for this 90-place nursery located in South Kensington in a central hub with excellent public transport links, your daily commute will be effortless. you’ll be just a stone’s throw away from the renowned Natural History Museum and Science Museum. Role: Room Leader Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside Deliver learning experiences that support children’s development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child’s unique needs Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis Requirement: Room Leader Must be Early Years qualified Level 3 or above. Have Experience with an Early Years setting ideally as Room Leader or similar A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes.
