We are working on behalf of our client who are currently looking for a Room Leader and a Nursery Practitioners to join our Baby, Toddler or Preschool room for this 90-place nursery located in South Kensington in a central hub with excellent public transport links, your daily commute will be effortless. you’ll be just a stone’s throw away from the renowned Natural History Museum and Science Museum.

Role: Room Leader

  • Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education
  • Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside
  • Deliver learning experiences that support children’s development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child’s unique needs
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis

Requirement: Room Leader

  • Must be Early Years qualified Level 3 or above.
  • Have Experience with an Early Years setting ideally as Room Leader or similar
  • A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes.
  • An inspirational Room Leader that can develop a high performing team
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • A caring and patient attitude with a genuine passion for working with children
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting.
