We are working on behalf of our client who are currently looking for a Room Leader and a Nursery Practitioners to join our Baby, Toddler or Preschool room for this 90-place nursery located in South Kensington in a central hub with excellent public transport links, your daily commute will be effortless. you’ll be just a stone’s throw away from the renowned Natural History Museum and Science Museum.
Role: Room Leader
- Guide, inspire and lead a team of childcare professionals to provide outstanding care and education
- Plan and provide a diverse learning environment that offers consistent stimulation and exciting activities for children both inside and outside
- Deliver learning experiences that support children’s development and nurture them to achieve personal milestones
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents and relevant professionals to attend to each child’s unique needs
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding at all times
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a safe and happy environment on a daily basis
Requirement: Room Leader
- Must be Early Years qualified Level 3 or above.
- Have Experience with an Early Years setting ideally as Room Leader or similar
- A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes.
- An inspirational Room Leader that can develop a high performing team
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- A caring and patient attitude with a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a childcare setting.
