Location: Finchley, Crouch End N3

Salary: £15.00 per hour (Negotiable)

Hours: 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday (Term-time)

Contract: Term-time, Part-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our well-established early years setting. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education for young children.

This is a small pack away nursery that runs term-time from 9am to 3pm.

The Role

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery/OFSTED, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding. You will lead, inspire, and support your team while maintaining strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver outstanding early years practice
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and safeguarding requirements
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Build positive partnerships with parents and external agencies

Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • 2 years proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Passionate about early childhood development and high-quality care

You must be able to provide us with qualification certificates, DBS update or undergo Enhanced DBS check, and be able to provide 2 professional references.
