Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year
Hours: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- To work effectively in partnership with other team members, parents and outside professionals.
- Partaking in the nursery's daily routine and ensuring the highest level of childcare is being delivered.
- To organise the daily running of the room, including staff breaks, outings, reviewing observations, completing the rota etc.
- To support and motivate your team with team effectiveness strategies.
- Ensuring that the children in the nursery are safe at all times and being vigilant for signs of abuse or neglect.
- Completing regular training to progress personal and professional development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner/Nursery Nurse and/or as a Room Leader.
- Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills.
- Safeguarding knowledge.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of childcare and customer service.
- Excellent personal presentation standards.
- The ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business, this is a full-time position working 40 hours per week across 5 days.
- Effective communication skills and ability to lead a team.
- Reliability and ability to work under pressure.
