We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our well‑established early years setting. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and education for young children. A small pack‑away nursery that runs term‑time from 9am to 3pm.
The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding. You will lead, inspire, and support your team while maintaining strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver outstanding early years practice
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and safeguarding requirements
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
- Build positive partnerships with parents and external agencies
Skills Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- 2 years proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passionate about early childhood development and high‑quality care
