We are looking for flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across nurseries in Greater London, Kent and Surrey, supporting children aged 0–5 years. This role is perfect if you are looking for flexible shifts, a variety of settings, and competitive pay.
About the Role:
- Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings
- Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities, and care
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards
What we need from you:
- Level 2 /3 childcare qualification (essential)
- Unqualified 1 years nursery experience
- Solid understanding of EYFS and how to apply it in practice
- Someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A practitioner who gets down to child level, joins in the play, and builds real connections
- An up-to-date DBS check
- Have a flexible approach to working hours and where required.
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with children
