Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children’s play, learning, and development
  • Assisting with routines such as meals, toileting, and sleep time
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (full and relevant)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in nursery/early years settings
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
  • Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willing to refresh)
  • A passion for providing safe, engaging environments for children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
