A welcoming nursery in East Molesey is seeking a Level 3 or above, early years practitioner, to join their team on a permanent year-round contract. The role is based in the baby room caring for children aged 8 months to 24 months. The nursery is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term relationship with the setting, becoming a consistent member of the team. There is opportunity for professional growth within the nursery.
Your role:
- Working as part of a team to provide a safe, caring and stimulating educational environment
- Supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice
- Delivering activities to support children’s learning, development, and educational needs
- Completing observations, planning and providing next steps to extend and support children’s development
What you will need:
- A full and relevant level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification
- An understanding of the EYFS framework and regulations
- An understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures
- Strong communication and organisational skills
