Early Years Educator Location: East Dulwich (SE22) Hours: 35 hours shift 4 day a week Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annual Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We are recruiting for a truly unique Early Years organisation located in South East London, who are looking for exceptional, qualified, and experienced Early Years Educators to join the team at their long-standing Outstanding-rated setting. Responsibilities: Duties * Planning and leading a range of play-based learning activities * completing observations/reports using software * Meeting with parents and providing daily/termly updates * supporting children with special needs * Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 * Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging * Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Requirements: Early Years Educator * A minimum of a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or QTS, EYT or EYP qualification * First Aid, Health & Safety, Food, Hygiene, Safeguarding and any other training Certificate * Minimum 1 year of post-qualified experience working in a Pre-school / Nursery Setting with 0-5 years old * Good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance. * Awareness and understanding of the regulations relating to early years’ education. * Awareness of purposeful planning for children in childcare settings.
