We are looking for dedicated Level 2 and 3 Qualified Early Years Bank Staff to join our team, supporting early years settings in the Chatham, Medway / Rochester Kent area on a flexible, as-needed basis. Whether you’re looking for occasional shifts or want to pick up work as it suits your schedule, this role offers you the flexibility to work when and where you want, while still making a difference in children’s lives. Hours are allocated to staff as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Full and Relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Team player
- DBS certificate
