Are you an experienced shoot production professional with a background in retail or lifestyle brands? Do you thrive on managing complex shoot schedules and bringing structure to fast-paced creative environments? Our client is a well-established and growing retail brand based in Banbury, operating across both UK and international markets. They are looking to recruit a Shoot Production Manager to oversee the planning, production and delivery of all photography and video shoots across B2B and B2C.

This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for ensuring shoots are delivered on time, on brand and on budget. You will work closely with the Head of Content, Creative Shoot Manager and wider Creative team, coordinating multiple shoots across brands, seasons and locations. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication and the confidence to manage people, logistics and priorities in a fast-moving retail environment. Regular on-site presence is essential, particularly on shoot days, and candidates will need to be local to Banbury or genuinely happy commuting multiple days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the end-to-end production of all photoshoots, from pre-production through to post-production
  • Translating creative briefs into fully planned and executable shoots
  • Coordinating locations, models, crew, travel, accommodation, equipment and call sheets
  • Managing on-set production, troubleshooting issues to avoid delays or additional costs
  • Overseeing sample preparation, props and shoot logistics, including transport and on-set organisation
  • Managing usage rights, contracts and bookings for models, crew and locations
  • Working closely with Buying and Product teams to align shoots with seasonal and commercial priorities
  • Managing and supporting the Retouch team, overseeing feedback and final sign-off
  • Ensuring imagery is delivered on time and stored correctly in line with business critical paths
  • Supporting budget tracking and cost control across multiple shoots
  • Maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders across Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce and Product teams
  • Supporting critical path planning and capacity management alongside the wider Creative leadership team
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience managing and delivering high-volume photoshoots within a retail or lifestyle brand
  • Strong end-to-end production experience across pre-production, shoot days and post-production
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading or supporting junior producers or creative team members
  • Commercially aware, able to balance creative ambition with timelines and budgets
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign (Capture One desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to drive manual
Additional Information:
  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Hybrid working role, typically at least 3 days on site per week
  • Flexibility needed to be in the office more frequently during shoot-heavy weeks
  • Quieter weeks may allow a more balanced hybrid working pattern
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
