Customer Service Coordinator (Part Time) 22.5 hours per week 12-month fixed term contract Customer Service Coordinator An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy UK sales and customer service environment on a 12-month fixed-term, part-time basis .
Working 22.5 hours across three 7.5 hour days each week, you will manage customer orders and enquiries throughout the Order to Cash process, from account and order management through to invoicing, credits and payment queries.
You will work closely with customers, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
The role also offers the opportunity to become a key user for JD Edwards Enterprise One, supporting system improvements, user adoption, testing and business process optimisation.
This is an ideal role for an experienced customer service or order management professional who enjoys problem-solving, building strong customer relationships and improving the way processes and systems work.
