They are now seeking a Trainee Credit Controller to join their finance team on a full-time permanent basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring customer accounts and flag overdue payments.
  • Support the team in sending payment reminders via email and phone.
  • Help resolve basic customer queries related to invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of debtor accounts and assist with reconciliations.
  • Learn to prepare reports on debtor aging and outstanding balances for management.
  • Follow company credit control procedures and comply with relevant policies.
  • Attend training sessions to develop skills in credit management and Excel.

  • No prior credit control or account experience required; full training will be provided.
  • Strong Excel skills & willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
