They are now seeking a Trainee Credit Controller to join their finance team on a full-time permanent basis. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring customer accounts and flag overdue payments.
- Support the team in sending payment reminders via email and phone.
- Help resolve basic customer queries related to invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of debtor accounts and assist with reconciliations.
- Learn to prepare reports on debtor aging and outstanding balances for management.
- Follow company credit control procedures and comply with relevant policies.
- Attend training sessions to develop skills in credit management and Excel.
