We have an exciting opportunity to join a busy technical team, supporting customers with innovative manufacturing solutions and helping deliver high-quality prototype and production parts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in design engineering or 3D printing, who is looking to develop their technical skills within a supportive environment.

Full in-house training and manufacturer-led training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity to build a long-term career within the rapidly growing industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare competitive quotations and lead times for customer projects.

Operate a range of 3D printing technologies, while scheduling production builds.

Consult with customers to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Provide technical support to field sales engineers and existing customers, including benchmark parts and product guidance.

Remove support structures, prepare, finish and quality-check completed models prior to dispatch.

Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and delivered within agreed timescales.

Assist with the operation of metal additive manufacturing systems where appropriate, based on experience and training.

Work collaboratively within the Design Engineering team to deliver outstanding customer service and technical excellence.

Education & Skills Required

Previous experience of using 3D printing, additive manufacturing or a related technical environment would be advantageous.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.

A proactive, motivated approach with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Interest in engineering, manufacturing technology and continuous professional development.
