Duties Responsibilities Prepare competitive quotations and lead times for customer projects.
Operate a range of 3D printing technologies, while scheduling production builds.
Consult with customers to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provide technical support to field sales engineers and existing customers, including benchmark parts and product guidance.
Remove support structures, prepare, finish and quality-check completed models prior to dispatch.
Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and delivered within agreed timescales.
Assist with the operation of metal additive manufacturing systems where appropriate, based on experience and training.
